Case Study
Published iOS utility for sharing gallery media
A lightweight iPhone app for selecting a photo or video, reviewing it on the device, and continuing through a supported sharing route or the iOS share sheet.
Sharing gallery media needs a clear journey that preserves selection and confirmation, with a reliable fallback when a direct sharing route is unavailable.
iPhone users who want to select and review gallery media before completing the share themselves.
Provide a short journey for selection, preview, and sharing while leaving the final sending decision under the user’s control.
The user selects a photo or video through the iOS media picker, reviews a local preview, then opens the configured sharing route or uses the iOS share sheet fallback.
We planned the user experience, built the iOS interface, organized media selection and preview, and prepared the product for App Store publication.
A focused iOS utility that combines media selection, preview, validation, and sharing, with an optional Premium plan.
The sharing journey had to remain clear across different app availability while preserving user control and stating that the app is not affiliated with Snapchat or Snap Inc.
The app uses the iOS media picker, local preview and validation, a configured sharing route, and the iOS share sheet as a fallback. The selected media is not presented as being uploaded to a developer-operated server.

A focused utility becomes clearer when it explains sharing and privacy boundaries and leaves the destination and final send action to the user.
